In May 2010 Toggenberg left her moorings in Glasson Dock to begin her travels around the coast to the River Ribble then the River Douglas and to enter the Leeds & Liverpool canal. After taking a leisurely trip through Lancashire, Yorksire and Lincolnshire and round the East coast of the UK to winter in Suffolk, she sailed into the Thames, across the country again then up the Severn to Worcester and Tewkesbury. In 2016 she returned to London via the Kennet and Avon canal and Oxford, then up the Grand Union canal as far as Uxbridge. She was sold in April 2017 and became a home and floating studio for Andrew, Hannah and Dylan at Bulls Bridge, Southall. (just north of Heathrow). |
